Day Three: A New Trend

Today saw a new trend develop, one that we are not disappointed in. We got up and going and were out the door by 10:30, yes that does say 10:30. Everyone felt good and alert and ready to take on the day. The parks were crowded again, we are hoping to see less people over the next 5 days. But if not, that is OK, we are getting in everything we want to and there is no reason to complain whatsoever.

We hit California Adventure today. Megin and Grace had a "discussion" about Grace going on Tower of Terror. Grace's point is that she is tall enough so... she should go on it. Ah the mind of the young. I have a feeling the conversation will take place over the next several days many more times. We will see who wins. They are both, umm, strong willed, so we will see what happens.

We watched the Pixar Play Parade today, which is our favorite parade and really the only one we make time for when we are in the parks. Alex was the official photographer again and once again he came up with some amazing shots. At first I thought he was just getting lucky, now, after three different sets that he has taken, I am starting to wonder if maybe he has an eye for photography. Either that, or I am just a typical Utah parent, convinced of the brilliance in my children. I wonder which one it is.

Lily did better today. I think she will be used to this thing by about Friday. Just in time to come home.
