Day Four: A First for Us in Disney

It is not very often anymore that we can experience a first in a Disney park. But today we did. Our Gracie went to sleep last night with a headache, and woke us up this morning with an upset stomach and a pretty heavy fever. A little children's Motrin and she was ready to go. She even made a run on Space Mountain and Thunder Mountain. I guess she wasn't too sick.

We spent the whole day in Disneyland today. It was great fun. Alex drove his own car on Autopia for the first time. He will need some practice before I ever let him take one of our cars. I guess he is 8 years old. Jonah got to see the birdies sing tonight. I think Jonah could spend the entire day in the Tiki Room.

Tyler continues to amaze us every day. He is such a mature 11 year old and goes out his way to take care of his younger brothers and sisters. He helps us with whatever we need and tries to help however he can. We are so lucky to have him and so are his younger brothers and sister.

  1. While I realize Grace may not have been feeling her best in this picture, I must say how absolultely beautiful she is. I can see a blend of Meg and Josh in this photo that is perfection. I printed everything out to date for Maz and took it over to her. She is delighted. Tonight was bacon night in the Fisher household, what more could I or a bunch of dogs ask for?

  2. Hey I recognize some pics from a previous trip. The two with Jonah and Gracie waiting in line at the Haunted Mansion are real keepers (even some of Grammy's buns are on one of them. Looks like everything is going great and your are building some great memories with each other. I have been touched by the love for each other that comes through in your writing. I believe that the pictures memories in my mind are a special gift that I can access any time I want. Love to all! Grammy
