Day Two: Disney's Hollywood Studios

Great day today. Crowds were heavy and it started out rough when we got to the park and realized that we missed seeing Devin Hester in the motorcade by 20 minutes, but we adjusted and things got better. We moved right down the middle of the street today, bypassing the Q and A with Maurice Jones-Drew (he is a little shorter than expected) to go on the Great Movie Ride. Jonah loved it, except the Alien part. When then kind of hopped around all day, doing Star Tours, Playhouse Disney Live (a most excellent opportunity), Muppet Vision 3-D, and of course the Animation Studio, That is always one of our favorite parts, and this trip is no different. Tyler and Alex got to learn to draw Tigger, and both boys did a fantastic job. Grace and Jonah put their voice into several different Disney scenes, and Lily crawled around on the carpet. The perfect activity for all of them.
We went to Fantasmic tonight. What a great show. However, even with the ease of it's own stadium and the many other advantages, we must admit we enjoy the Anaheim version of the show over the Florida. That is about the on;y attraction we can say that on, but there is something about the intimacy and charm of the the Disneyland Version that just gets to us.
Grace had to stop for the High School Musical 3 play, yet again. She took the time to "take it to the street" for all to see. She is so confident and sure of herself. She is fun to watch and interact with right now, she communicates so well and has so much love for everyone she comes in contact with. What a great blessing it is to have her in our life.
