Day Nine: Back to the Studios

We went back to Hollywood Studios today. It was great. We got to see the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular, rode on Star Tours (Jonah's first ever time!), saw the Lights, Motor, Action car show, and rode both Rockin' Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror. Another reminder of how much better the Tower is here as compared to Anaheim. In Anaheim, it is great, here it is totally wicked! Gracie even wants to go on it again on Thursday.
We also got on Toy Story Mania twice. The rise is exactly the same here as it is in DCA, but man, the theming is so much better here. We had great fun today. We are winding down and had a nice meeting yesterday bout making the most of the end of our trip. We won't have another long one like this for two years.
We ate the Brown Derby today. The food was excellent, but the service was poor. It is one of the only times we have had truly poor service at a Disney run restaurant, and we have been to many over the years. Oh well, we are in the Magic Kingdom tomorrow and headed for our favorite restaurant of all, the Plaza. Can't wait for a banana split!!!

  1. This is the first time I took the opportunity to see your Disneyworld adventures. What a fun way to journal your time there. Dad and I will always be grateful that we were included in this trip. We share memories with each other almost everyday. Thanks for the Avatar marathon, the hot tub, the beautiful rain storms, the great vacation home, the ride partners (especially in the scariest ride of all - Star Tours), but most of all thanks for sharing your family time with us. I love you all very much. Grammy.
