We have never been here during the Christmas season. It is a great time of year. The crowds have been heavy, but not as bas as some of the weekends in October or the summer. We are sure it will increase later in the week next week, but we are enjoying the lower crowds now.
We have been taking it slower during the day, but knocking out the all the shows we like at night. We saw Fantasmic on Friday night. During the winter season, the fireworks start at 8:40 and then the show starts after that. It was a nice a change.
We have knocked out the majority of the attractions already. In Disneyland we have a few to pick up, Jungle Cruise, Matterhorn, Space Mountain, and a few in Fantasyland. In California Adventure we need to get to California Screamer and Toy Story Midway Mania, but that means we should have several days of doing whatever we want without rush. Shaping up to be a great trip.
We went to World of Color last night. The show is great, need to do some work on the crowd control though. Overall a great experience, even with Jonah and Lily falling asleep halfway through.
